Do I need an account?
No. There is no sign up page to find. You pick a pair, paste your payout address, send coins. The order link is your receipt, so bookmark it.
Will you freeze my funds for verification?
No, and this is the whole point of CoinVast. Screening happens before you send. If a deposit would fail our checks, the swap never starts and your coins return to your refund address. We never hold money hostage while someone hunts for a passport.
Is swapping without KYC legal?
In most places, yes. Swapping your own crypto is legal, and KYC rules bind companies based on how they operate. We built CoinVast so there is nothing to collect. One hard line: deposits tied to sanctions lists get rejected upfront. That part is law everywhere, and we follow it.
What rate do I actually get?
The market mid price minus our flat 2% spread, locked the moment you create the swap. The rate you see is the rate you get, even if the market moves while your deposit confirms. The card shows the rate, the spread, and the network fee before you send anything.
How long does a swap take?
Most finish in 5 to 30 minutes. The wait is confirmation time on the chain you send. Bitcoin needs 2 confirmations with us, Monero 10, Solana about a second. The order page shows exactly where yours is, with transaction hashes.
Do you support Monero?
Yes. Native XMR, both directions. Most big exchanges delisted it. We think privacy coins are half the reason instant swappers exist.
What if I send the wrong amount?
Send a little extra and we settle on what actually arrived at the locked rate. Send too little and a human reviews it instead of the system quietly eating it. Worst case, coins go back to your refund address minus the network fee.
Do you log IP addresses?
Our web server keeps standard short lived access logs, like every website on earth. But we do not build profiles, run trackers, or attach an identity to your swap, because you never gave us one. The full honest list of what we store is on the privacy page.
What is the screening threshold?
Small everyday swaps clear with zero friction. Unusually large or risky flows can get held for human review before the exchange starts, never after. The exact mechanics are written out on the trust page.
Is this anonymous or private?
Private. Blockchains are public by design, so anyone promising full anonymity on Bitcoin is selling something. We collect no identity and print no trackers. If you want stronger on chain privacy, that is what Monero is for, and we support it natively.
What happens if something goes wrong?
Coins go back to your refund address minus only the network fee. And a human answers at [email protected]. Orders do not get left in limbo.
Why should I trust a brand new exchanger?
