Do I need an account?
No. There is no sign-up, no email, no password. Your order link is your receipt — bookmark it.
Will you freeze my funds for KYC?
No — and this is the core of how we differ. Deposits are risk-screened before the exchange begins. A deposit either passes and the swap proceeds, or it fails and the coins are returned to your refund address. We never hold funds hostage to a verification process after the fact.
What’s the difference between floating and fixed rates?
A floating rate gives you the market rate at the moment your deposit confirms — usually the best deal, with small drift either way. A fixed rate is locked when you create the swap, with a slightly wider spread to cover our hedging risk. Both show the spread up front.
How long does a swap take?
It depends on the deposit chain’s confirmation time — most swaps complete in 5 to 30 minutes. The order page shows exactly which step yours is on, with transaction hashes.
What happens if something goes wrong?
If a swap can’t complete, coins go back to your refund address minus only the network fee. A human answers at the support address — orders are never left in limbo.
